I guarantee that the same posters here who are bytching about this would not have a problem at all if it were a school bus full of black children chanting assassinate Bush, McCain, Palin, or any other White Republican politician. You all would be saying they are just exercising their freedom of speech.
Oh, come on! Your guarantee is bankrupt. I even brought up the bullying of the classmate, whose race was unspecified. I would be appalled if my own kids said anything of the kind, especially when they were of elementary school age!
I'm sure we hard thru the streets of washington DC at the anti-war rallys kill clinton, kill bush etc etc. Even in 1776 kill king george, death to george washington.

Everyone has a right to disagree and be angry and if 8 yr olds can say what they want just as 80 yr olds. That is even if this story is true. It is the right of the people to voice their OP of any government offical they want with out government hassasment. Now other people have the right to complain but they can't call the police and have someone arrested no matter how much you love Obama or Bush or who ever.
No one has the right to incite a mob to kill someone. That's something these school kids need to learn, now, so that when they yell "Kill him" at a political rally, they won't wonder why they got arrested.

I think those comments were meant in jest. I said they'd lose their bus priviledges in my school district, if for no other reason than for causing a distraction to the bus driver.
