Leo Donofrio's lawsuit is the one to be reviewed by the Supreme Court justices and it does not even address "where" Obama was born, but instead that Obama cannot possibly have "natural born citizen" status as defined by the Constitution...a requirement to hold the office of President of the United States.

Plains Radio is owned by Ed Hale, in Texas. Ed Hale was involved, with Philip J Berg and I think Jerome Corsi tangentially somehow, with African Press International, the people who claimed last October that Michelle Obama called them on the phone and ranted on for a couple of hours about her husband being treated badly by the whites. This was supposed to be the October Surprise. Fox was going to release the tapes..."any day now..." you know.

In the AfricaPress website there's a rash of squabbling and threatening between Hale and Berg, and Corsi comes in from time to time. You'd have to search; the Michelle stuff used to be right up front but is now hard to get to if you're lazy like me. They were fighting about money from Fox IIRC.

Believe it or not, I'm not obsessed with the issue. I expect SCOTUS will not look into the matter. We all know congress won't - so that will be that.

And, actually, the phrase "natural born citizen" has never been defined in the Constitution or elsewhere and has never had a legal challenge to establish precedent and case law.

Nowhere does it say that the child of an American citizen is or is not a "natural born citizen" if the live birth takes place outside the borders of the United States.

I certainly hope the SCOTUS will, but it won't surprise me if they don't. If they don't many millions of people will forever believe Obama is not qualified to be POTUS under our Constitution.
