Obama was wearing one during the debates with McCain, too, and McCain wasn't.

That's the only reason I voted for him.

Well, almost the only reason, anyway.

I guess it means he felt like wearing one. What did you think of the interview? Here's the transcript:

ABC News: 'This Week' Transcript: Barack Obama

Nope but I think Sarah did. I hear she has been seen being sneaked into the hotel at night. Obama is telling Michelle that he was working all night on transition work.

I liked when GS brought up Harry Truman finding out about the Manhattan Project after getting elected, and then asked Obama if there were any similar eye-popping surprises he found out. Great question--but a stupid question, too. After all, what kind of an answer did he expect to get?

I think the interview went well. He had some great points.

Those who voted for him seem to have choosn well,

My point however was the controversy from this summer because he, didnt wear a flag lapel pin, nothing more

I can only assume that he wanted people to listen to his words this time.

Last summer some people didn't hear what he had to say because they were too busy obsessing over him not wearing a flag pin. So just to make sure people paid attention to his words and not his lapel, he put one on.
