I dont get it...first you say Bush is a dimwitted fool, then you also claim he somehow managed to control the weather so hurricane Katrina could kill black people...which is it?
Well, since I said neither, I would guess..........dimwitted fool?
How long have thinking Americans waited for this day? How many years did we spend watching everything the Bush Administration touch in the world fall apart or disintegrate into complete chaos? From Baghdad, when they could have acted to stop looting after they invaded another nation without justification, they instead chose to stand idly by while chaos reigned supreme, to New Orleans, with at least a week to seriously prepare for a direct hit on this city, the Federal government instead was OBLIVIOUS to the DROWNING of a major American city. President Bush instead was celebrating John McCain's birthday in California, and, as the administration has admitted, had to be provided a specially made DVD of the tragedy to impart the seriousness of what he was oblivious to.
Consider this nugget:
Katrina: How Bush Blew It - Newsweek Hurricane Katrina Coverage (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9287434/print/1/displaymode/1098/ - broken link)
So we have a President, oblivious to one of the greatest natural disasters if not the greatest natural disaster, to hit an American city, have to be "disturbed" by having his vacation cut short?
That is ignoring its far greater twin tragedy of the humanitarian crisis he CAUSED in Iraq.
Everything this man has touched he has left in far worse shape than before he affected it.
Welcome President Obama and Vice President Biden!
Thinking Americans cringe at the thought of b. hussein and blowhard biden disgracing our fine White House, not to mention country. And, I'll echo another poster's comment in that referring to 1/20/09, which will go down as the darkest day in American history, as a "rapture" is downright scary and I'll add quite deluded and deranged.

It's called "satire", and it's effect was known to be lost on conservatives, that's why I used it.
