The last few weeks of Bush's criminal empire saw stories in the press about how Bush was going to sign off on all sorts of rule changes that would've been a slap in the face to Americans, things he was doing to please corporate thugs who wanted to slop at the public trough, violate environmental standards or buy up oil leases at fire sale prices. Glad that much of this will not go forward. We cannot allow the GOP to ever again have the sort of power that Bush had.
It just goes to show the utter contempt the NObama admin has for the office of the President.
How so? Didn't Bush do exactly the same thing when he came into office?
