I posted a link,go look for it.

This isn't rocket surgery.

There was 90 tons collected by various gov't departments, there was, it seems, another 50 tons collected by a private company.

Add those two numbers together.

But how do you know some other group didn't collect 100 tons at Times Square? How do you know that's the only figure? How do you know the 100 tons in DC doesn't include the number collected by the other organization? I have seen statistics manipulated enough to be a bit skeptical.

How do you know there wasn't 10000000000000000000000000000000 tons of trash in DC?????????

If you are so concerned research the matter.

(/handing the baton to Katiana) Here, you take him for a while. This guy is tireless and apparently attached to his keyboard by a shackle.

Good luck, hon. But don't rely on reason. I already tried that!

Hugs and g'night, everybody, I'm off to watch some CNN! Yay.

I think some mindless TV might be good for you and you certainly picked the right channel for that.

Ya know, a really stupid person would think that if those in DC for the inauguration had stayed home they would not have generated any trash.....

During the inauguration, it appears that Michael Moore contributed 15 tons of garbage due to his appetite. He stated:

"Bring me more hot dogs and the Wookiee."

Unless the crowd in DC were wingnuts,it is Obama followers who do not seem to care.

They were the ones making 140 tons of trash and leaving it for others to clean up.

But that seems to be no big deal to you.

One thing is for sure, whatever trash they DID generate wouldn't be thrown on the ground in DC for others to clean up...
