The Bush tax cuts took 2 million low-income taxpayers off the tax rolls entirely.
Bottom line is, Bush's targeted tax cuts to the most wealthy need to be and will be gone real soon....I didn't hear wealthy folks complaining @ the rates under Clinton...The old sang applies here, the greedy gets greedier -- never enough....Greed is what's got us in the predicament we're in....

Well as you wrote,they need their limo drivers and gardeners.
Also there WAS a lot of work available just a year or so back(well maybe two years now) in this country,so much we needed 20 million illegals to help out.
Point is the rich will pay a cost to live here(or anywhere)...but once that cost rises to a certain level they will simply relocate.
Expatriate movements are quite big online to various and sundry places that offer a better life for the price.
