How do any of us know Barack hasn't helped the guy?

Why? Why should people have to put up with someone's bad behavior just because they're related?

I have a cousin who has been to jail multiple times and is currently serving 15 years for a carjacking where he dragged a woman out of her car and drove away with her still tangled up in the seat belt and dragged her behind the vehicle for almost 100 yards. Do I have to help him out just because we're related? I don't even speak to him, let alone help him out.

Blood is thicker than water ??????????????

That NEVER made any sense whatsoever and cetainly doesn't prove any point.....I have first cousins I have never seen and feel No responsibility towards them in any way....same with my siblings...they are adults and responsible for themselves.

Repubs want everyone to pull themeselves up but want President Obama to take on hisADULT HALF brother whom he DOESN'T KNOW and lives half a world away (????)

Why? His brother is NOT destitute or in need....

Some repubs even had a hissy fit because Obama's mother-in-law will live in the White House....can't the repubs make up their minds???

So the haters can connect them and have pictures of them together and then accuse them of doing naughty things together. It is not that they want him to help his half brother because they are Christian but so they can slam him. Like Liberals wishing Sarah had gone to court with Levi's mother and provided her with a lawyer so they had a story.

I absolutely agree.

My husband's brother is a nightmare and the family has helped him out but to hear this 40-something man whine about it, "nobody did anything" for him. His mother helped him buy a house!!! Hello? They sent him to rehab multiple times. Trendy fabulous "wilderness retreat!!!" hyper-expensive programs and guess who paid for them?

All these years later they have given up and are angry that he kept putting them in that position of "rescuer," and for what? He STILL whines and actually insults them with his "nobody has ever done anything for me" balogna.

My husband by contrast is self-supporting, a husband and father, is calm, bright, etc. Nobody knows where this brother popped up from that he could be the way he is when the rest of the family is so hard-working...God knows.

If Obama isn't "supporting" his criminal brother, then God bless him, he is doing the best and only thing. Period.

Is it even known if Obama has a relationship with his brother? I mean if he hasn't seen his dad since he was a child isn't it possible that he's not that close to his paternal siblings?

So the next time you are taking a urine test, stop and wonder when Obama took his last test.
If you catch your kid using, be prepared to comment when; their response is "Well President Obama use to do it."
He probably hasn't had one since Dubya missed his in the National Guard. He went AWOL when he was due for a flight physical.

Was Cocaine the reason?
