2012 Match-ups: Obama, Romney Tied at 45%; Obama 48%, Palin 42%

Romney would do well against Obama but Palin would get destroyed in a debate. I won't vote for Palin if she is the nominee. She should have finished up her term as governor of Alaska or at the very least come right out and explain why she quit.

I think it's funny you always use Rasmussen. They lean right. I, as a lefty would never even think of quoting Gallup, which leans left. And as much as I think Romney is a viable candidate, I believe his Mormonism cripples him. It's just too extreme a religion for most.

Rasmussen is run by a right-winger but his poll in 08 was nearly dead on. Obama won by 7, Rasmussen had him winning by 6.
