What ever it takes to institute a fair and universal health care for all Americans is OK with me. This is too important to allow corporate fascists to continue to allow people to suffer and die for their profit.

CNS News?

Is that like a combination of CNN and CBS?

Sounds like a real news source to me!

When you say all Americans, do you mean American citizens, or all illegal immigrants too?

I'm curious about your answer.

Some folks cite social healthcare in Britain as an example for America.

Some of America's issues are different from Britain's.

Should Americans include 12,000,000 illegal aliens in their tax payer national health plan? Actually cover 12,000,000 people who are not citizens? Hmm, many Americans are already pissed about more and more taxes that go to things that they don't approve of.

To be a beneficiary of universal health care in America under Obama's plan, you need to be a legitimate US citizen.

I agree Greg. If the Democrats DON'T pass a comprehensive health care reform program that INCULDES A PUBLIC OPTION I will just assume that both sides are completely sold out to the insurance companies and I won't for either party again.

Yet somehow millions of non-U.S. citizens are receiving benefits from the government already and have been for years.

These seniors don't seem to mind. Why is that? I bet they're crying socialism every time they go to the doctor's for their weekly social visit (all paid by the courtesy of the taxpayers).

Are the Elderly Committing Generational Theft? - ABC News - watch the video. Watch the lady at the end of the video: after being told that what she's getting won't be available to the young kids of today (you know, the ones working and paying taxes so that her a*s can go see the doctor every week for her social visit and to get freebies), she says, "Life's Not Fair."

Well, isn't that special. Doesn't seem like she's rejected socialism at all; looks like she's embraced it lock, stock, and barrel and that she's living quite nicely high off the hog. In fact, she says at the beginning, "Medicare (socialism), it's the most wonderful thing." Watch the video if you don't believe me.
