Why do u want to claim that now. Racist always said, " if there was a drop of black in the blood your considered black". Now, that he's a president you want to consider him 1/2. He's not half of anything!! He's Obama the first African - American President!! Who's educated, level headed, God-fearing, and is important enough to get all the racist people rattled!!! That they are no longer level head and you can see it all over their faces on t.v., you can hear it in their voices on the radio, and you can see it in there text daily. What has now been instilled in the youth of today is a positive message: If you acquire an outstanding education, are true to your convictions and have a genuine love for people...all people, your dreams are possible.
They can now say with conviction "Yes We Can", because Yes He did.
I think if he decided not to run for re-election, you can think what you want about him and why. I'd be too happy about the "not decided to run" part.
