GRRR it appears someone flipped the data for Pulaski County, Lincoln is leading 51-49 (approx 4,800 votes) 66% of precncts

She hung on - 52-48. I don't think he ever lead.

Too bad for the unions and moveon.

I disagree -- look how well Halter showed, a weak blah candidate against a moderate incumbent.

From the results I was watching he was never ahead, but I didn't have every network on for sure.

I still think she is going to have trouble in November, most here in Ar, even the liberals give her very little chance. I think Halter did an amazing job. Look at the impact he made in only 11 weeks of campaigning? Had he won, even though our state leans to the right I think he would have surprised everyone in November just because of momentum.

I think she can thank the voters in Arkansas for her victory. Many people never even saw the Clinton ad.

you are right, I, for one, don't remember seeing it and we watch local TV news every night..plus!! We certainly saw enough other ads and heard them as well.
