Eddie Izzard, Billy Connolly ( actually have seen him live in LA), Frank Skinner, Graham Norton - These are all Brits...
As for Americans - I like Ellen ( doesn't matter what she does I like her in most things - I thought She was great hosting the oscars - only reason I watched that crap show
