Most of these I picked, I picked for the same reasons; they're just entertaining and funny.
Forrest Gump-that's a no-brainer for me. His character is just a genuine, sweet, nice guy who, though he might be mentally disabled, makes more sense than half the people I know in real life.
Thomas from Smoke Signals. He's just so funny the way he tells his crazy stories and just his giddy personality and the way he makes these off-the-wall, yet astute comments.
Daria. She would be my best friend, I know it.
The Mask. He's pretty entertaining and shoot if he could teach me to turn into a human tornado I could probably travel a lot faster...
Maybe Marilyn Whirlwind from Northern Exposure and Guinan from Star Trek: TNG. (She's alive in our era according to the series) I guess I like wise women.
Another possibility might be the Genie from Aladdin as then I could wish for a cure for Huntington's disease, eradication of measles, and a huge wad of cash (I know he's a free agent at the end of the movie, but still maybe I could ask to join a trip around the world as he seems to like travel)
I seem to know 'real people' that are much like TV characters--which leads me to prefer my own company.
not exactly thrilled about this but I seem to be a lot like Julia Louis Dreyfus--The New Adventures of Old Christine--bad enough when I was 'just' Elaine--lol
someone mentioned 'Forrest Gump'--so I'll go with Tom Hanks---still waiting for someone on the internet to recognize that I am their soulmate
I tell you I am great---'More Than a Woman'--I can dance--you will have the 'Time of Your Life'
