Originally, my list comes from just comic books, but it can be any kind of superhero from any form of media.

On that note: Is anyone as psyched about the coming Mortal Combat vs DC Universe game?
I heard The Joker and Deathstroke will also be in it.

I've seen the Joker's Fatality move* and it was hilarious.
I prefer Tekken over Mortal Combat any day but will buy this 1 because the graphics here are very kewl (the graphics of Capcom vs Marvel truly sucked) and it has superheroes & supervillains in it .

Superman is overrated.

Spiderman
Batman
Iron Man
Wolverine
Spawn

Spiderman is awesome except the movies sucked. But not as bad as the superman movie

It's interesting you put Spiderman down but Batman in your 2nd spot. If you put Batman in a field whats he's going to do? Atleast spiderman has some superpowers not just a regular guy with some gadgets.

"Greatest" is pretty hard to pin down - it could mean "the one with the strongest superpowers" or "my favorite" or "the one that the best stories have been written about" or variations thereof.
