Last time I was in Las Vegas I only had luck playing blackjack at the Paris hotel. When I tried 3 straight $5 bets at the Luxor the dealer kept beating me every time. I guess they used cameras and card counting to beat me, plus I guess they had some way the dealer knew the cards... Anyone know how casinos dealers work?

Here, the tables are turned!
Casino scammer uses hijacked security cameras to win $32 million - TechSpot

I guess casinos use every possible computer / video technology to scam the money out of you! That's why I don't gamble much and I don't beleive in the odds in the slot machines either. But my Dad was an expert at Blackjack and both times he went to LV he got about $4000.

Nonsense. Why would the Casinos cheat when the laws of probability provides then with a very adequate return.

Particularly true in Vegas were the state assures that the cards are dealt form a straight deck even in Video Poker.

The Australian story is almost certainly BS. For 32 million a casino would not hesitate to sock it to even a gigantic high roller. I also am skeptical that there is any game where knowledge of the deaqlers cards could make a huge difference over a few hands.

Further no one ever got millions out of a casino where there was a hint of hanky panky...If they threw the guy out in the middle of the night there is no way his money would have gone with him.

The person involved was a whale as per the casino playing in an exclusive area of the casino...

You should do some investigation before making absurd accusations.....

Certainly if dealers were in on this the cat would have been out of the bag years ago. As already mentioned they already have the upper hand and since the honesty of their games is crucial to their business cheating isn't exactly a good idea.

NO meat. BS. You are suggesting that the Casino stood and watched while a scheme took out multi-millions in the space of a few hands. And that the authorities are not arresting a person or persons who committed a really big felony.

The scenario is preposterous.

You lost three hands in a row and the casino is cheating? I bet if you won three hands in a row you wouldn't offer to return some of it.

You need to do some studying regarding odds and learn how to play Blackjack properly.

The casino business is simply about volume, since the odds are already in their favor.
