I see alot of people using 5.1 or 7.1 .. Thats all digital right?

I dont like that stuff, not natural sounding at all.... I prefer straight analogue (Always have since I started listening to audio)

What do you like??

Live is obviously the best.

I could see using 5.1 or 7.1 for movies/TV for the sensory experience.

Stereo is fine with me. Digital is good when it is done properly.

Nothing wrong with analog - except that it's on physical media that wears more quickly and is susceptible to surface noise.

Digital or analog - I could go either way when the quality is good.

I was listening to NPR this weekend, and there was an interview with LA Reid. He said something to the effect of "good music is good music even if it's on a cheap transistor radio." That's how I feel. Basically I don't care what type of audio it is. As long as the music is good.
