Is there anyone in Hollywood who disagrees with her comments? The reception from the attendees was enthusiastic. Who would refuse to hire her or work with her?

There's been some blowback to her comment about football and MMA, which she probably shouldn't have made.

While she is entitled to her opinion I don't feel it was the time nor the place for her to get on her soapbox. When she started her little speech I just sort of rolled my eyes and got up to get some water. But the majority of Hollywood types are liberal so I doubt she will lose any roles over her little tirade against Trump although she never mentioned him by name, she did refer to his mocking the handicapped reporter.

She chose the time allotted her for political commentary. Her choice. She spoke a lot of truth.
Personally, I think both parties suck. I voted for Del Griffith.

You're making the claim that all acceptance speeches are written by script writers and given to the award winners.
