This is in cartoon form, and not about real people portraying them in movies etc . So it's not Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, but Wonder Woman in the comics if that's your choice. Hot, sexy, cute, hunk - whatever you want to call it. From movies or comics, wherever.
I do like Elsa & Anna in Frozen. I can go back to Ariel in The Little Mermaid. There's always Jessica Rabbit. And there's probably a ton of ones I have no idea about, like in the Anime world. I will come back and give a more definitive answer later.

Many human female leads from Disney animated films.
Minerva Mink and Hello Nurse from Animaniacs.
Several female superheroes.
Some Anime characters.
Turanga Leela and Amy Wong from Futurama.
Erin Esurance from the old Esurance ads.
Betty and Veronica from Archie.

It is well-known that cartoonist R. Crumb thought Bugs Bunny was so sexy he carried a picture around with him as a teen. No, not Bugs in drag or the female equivalents. Bugs himself.
I can clearly recall the female toon in Cool World, Holli Would, played on the human side by Kim Basinger... yow to both.  |
