Here is my dilemma...

I am an online college student. I primarily use Microsoft Office and Firefox. I also have some folders on my desktop for school, job related stuff, as well as some saved documents. I have had 2 different Macbook Pro's over the past 13-14 years. The Macbook Pro I have now is on hard drive number 3 and the battery is burning out quickly, doesn't take long for the battery to die and the computer gets wicked hot when its being used. It also weighs as much as a cinder block.

I am thinking this fall when apple does there back to school sale with the free beats headphones will be when I make my next purchase, but the problem is do I buy another Macbook Pro or do I buy an iPad? I have read a bunch of articles and watched a bunch of youtube videos but still cant seem to decide what to do.

Well, the last Apple product made in the US was the top-tier Macbook Pro... but it's now built in China like its i-kin. Food for thought.

I've got a 4 year old MacBook Pro with flash storage. It doesn't even get warm, is fast, and has been totally trouble-free. I had a white MacBook prior to this one. Stick with Mac.

Some areas of C-D are a bit oddly organized. But the last user will turn off the lights without any changes ever having been made.
