I've received 2 or 3 alerts that in the last two days someone was logged into my account. I've changed my password and everything looks fine. No one has tried to sell or transfer tickets. Has anyone received a Ticketmaster alert that turned out to be false?

I have reached out to Customer Service but I don't expect an answer right away.

How to Talk to a Live Person in Ticketmaster Customer Service. If you need to talk to a live person in Ticketmaster customer service you need to dial 1-800-653-8000. To speak with a live agent, you need to say “no” and “something else” and stay on the line (typical waiting time is about 1-5 minutes).
