This is one I always remember (Ron White) because I used to really freak out about flying. LOL

The funniest thing about Mitch Hedburg was how long it took for audiences to catch on. I was cracking up the first time I saw him, while the audience sat there not understanding a thing until about halfway through.

As for favorite stand up comedy, it was in Seattle at a club. The comedian was not the headliner, he was the 'warm up act'. He was talking about his dad, and I lost it at every joke because it was like he was talking about my dad. At first, everyone kept staring at me because I was the only one cracking up. Even my friend was looking at me like I had lost my mind, but by the end, the entire audience was rolling on the floor. The dude was hilarious. I don't remember his name, but that was the funniest set I've ever watched.

I like Daniel Tosh. He is not afraid to go there.

Dave Chapelle: It's 3 a.m. and Dave looks out the window of the parked car and sees a baby in diapers standing on the corner.

I watched something with Chapelle the other night - some intimate club setting. He is really funny but I find him to be really smart and insightful, too. Still not sure i understand why he was gone from the industry for those many years, but I was laughing out loud.

LOL...reminds me of a flight hubs and I had in to Jackson Hole Wy a few years back. Lightning storms on either side of the aircraft, we are flying up the middle, very few passengers on the full size jet. It was actually BEAUTIFUL, if you were in the mood, haha. We start rocking and rolling, bumping left to right, I literally start freaking out but am only able to hold it to moaning loudly every time we lurched hard left and hard right and bumping hard up and down. Not a word from the flight deck. I did kinda think we were gonna crash (jeezez). Then I look back to the mostly empty cabin and one of the FAs is sitting with her feet up on the seat back in front of her playing on her cell phone. Must be typical conditions descending laterally to the Tetons.
I think my husband wanted to slap me but he was just as frightened as I was.

Bill Hicks was a sort of otherworldy wisdom.

Long Live Bill Hicks' legacy of intelligence.

He was ahead of his time and gone too soon for sure!

My favorites
Dead: Patrice O'Neal, George Carlin, Bill Hicks and Mitch Hedberg
Alive: Louis CK, Bill Burr and Tom Segura

I love Patrice O'Neal. That guy was unstoppable and imho, the GOAT.
