If not a likable character, one that's definitely hard to forget.

Xena, Princess Warrior
Jane, George Jetson’s wife or Judy, George’s daughter [Rosie, the Robot made most of their lives easier]
Agent 99 - Get Smart
Lt Uhura - Star Trek
Ziva - NCIS [if only I could kick ass like her]
I’m sure there’s more …

Never heard of a "cat1116" before.

However, I have heard of a "Cat 3116" before.

Do all the fictional characters require being female? (Or, a reasonable facsimile thereof?)

???
Cat and the following numbers is part of my user name.
My list starts out with Xena.

I don’t know how you mean with being all female?
I like many others as I’ve mentioned. Do you normally go around questioning other people’s lists? YMMV or whatever floats your boat

I might have misread this title for entering. I’ll just go with my 1st entry then.

Xena

When I was still a teenager in the 70’s I was rather rambunctious.
There were probably warrants for failure to appear for minor BS stuff like having on open container in public and stupid stuff like that to my alter ego.
I went by the name Herman Douglas German when it suited me.
There were no computers back then.
Cops would ask my name and I would reply Herman Douglas German.
I’d even look at them when questioned and say “you know Herman D. German”.
I received a few citations under that name and they never figured out I was messing with them.
