In addition to Ms Galore from the Bond films, there are:

Kissy Suzuki
Plenty O'toole
Holly Goodhead (Amazing - didn't get censored.)
Molly Warmflash
Strawberry Fields

There's a couple of interesting real people that I recall from long ago:

Bronislaw Kaper - Composed music for TV and movies.
Chesley Bonestell - Space paintings for Sci Fi movies.

Lila from the Sweet Valley High series (my fellow 80's kids know exactly who I'm talking about lol). I loved the name from the moment I saw it.

True story. At age 16 I read this book and "fell in love" with the "hero", above. I decided then if I had a boy I would name him Brandon.

Six years go by. Daughter's daycare has a sister/brother client. The boy's name was Brandon. I asked his mother one day how she chose his name. She replied "When I was 16 I read this book......" I knew right away and asked her "Was it The Flame and the Flower" and she said yes........'Nuff said.

Disclaimer: at this point in my life, knowing what happens in the book and with attitudes what they are today, including my own now, I would not read this book again and do not recommend it unless you have the stomach for it.
OMG, that book was the greatest. I was in my 20s, I think.

Ah, 16. Young and dumb.
There's a plot summary of the book on wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Flame_and_the_Flower
TL/DR: guy rapes her repeatedly, then they fall in love.

...and from his early days 'Pearly' Gates.

Say, that reminds me:
Gen. Buck Turgidson

Honorable mentions:
Col. 'Bat' Guano
Gen. Jack D. Ripper
Maj. 'King' Kong (a role originally intended for Sellers)
Lord Ascoyne D'Ascoyne (one of nine roles played by Sir Alec Guinness in Kinds Hearts and Coronets; a Sellers-esque accomplishment)
