The only reason I think this is funny is cause my husband is a police officer and it just kind of takes tension off the stressfulness of the job. My husband and his officer buddies think its hilarious, they esp. like the boobies and taser one
It's beyond me why people think mentally challenged folks are comedy.
If you had a son or daughter who had Downs or some other handicap, I promise you this wouldn't be nearly as funny as you think it is now.
This guy is putting himself out there to be made fun of. While he may be mentally challenged, no one here knows the extent to his disability and there have been Down Syndrome adults who have gone into acting and comedy on their own will.
I'm not advocating for these clips, I'm just simply telling you this man could very well know and totally approve of what he's doing.

Apparently his parents do...they play themselves in the one of the clips.
TRD's brother is the producer, and explains the motivation of TRP in the comments section. He says that his brother loves to perform and thinks it's funny to make fun of himself; he appears to be the driving force behind this.
