I think Judge Judy needs a swift punch to the face.....she puts the judge in judgemental bi+(h! I know many of them deserve it, but she seriously needs an attitude adjustment in a harsh way...... Judge Mathis is very cool, but I honestly cant stand "court TV" shows........

I would pick Judge Judy because she can spot a liar so well. I trust that she'd make the right decision. I'd be afraid of her the whole time, though. I'd be waiting for her to find some random reason to hate my guts.

Judge Joe Brown seems to be the one who rules without getting into a lot of silly drama.

Judge Judy is the only one I have heard of. Given the choice, I would call the judge from People's Court out of retirement and have him hear the trial.

Good ol' Judge Wapner - and his trusty bailiff Rusty. Wish they would play those old shows instead of Jerry Springer and Maury during the day (I was recently at home due to illness and have my fill of daytime shows!).
