Tom Cruise is mostly bad, but I liked him in War Of The Worlds, and he was great in Risky Business back in the 80s. I've always like Costner, can't stand Pitt. My worst list is, in no particular order:

Brad Pitt
Angelina Jolie
George Clooney
Rosie O'donnell
Whoopie Goldberg
Chevy Chase
Courtney Cox

I'm sure there's more, I've just repressed my memories of them.

I mostly agree. A lot of movies, he has a pretty much monotone voice; no change. The Fast and the Furious is my favorite movie series but at times, I feel like he kills parts of the movies.

Never really liked Tom Cruise. I always make fun of him.

Really any actor that has a constant, same voice throughout a movie... sucks! C'mon! Show a little emotion.

The list is so long but of the mainstream ones :

Orlando Bloom
Kevin Costner
Colin Farell
Arnie
Sylvester Stallone
J-C Van Damme
Ben Affleck
Ben Stiller
David Hasselhoff ( so bad it makes you eyes water)
Steven Seagal

I find most Hollywood actors to have a very limited range and often they end up playing themselves over and over with no understanding of the acting craft.

I look at people like Toby Jones, David Suchet or Ben Kingsley some of the "greats" who can be so different in each role as to be unrecognisable and look at the Hollywood so called "stars" and it makes me want to scream .... There are some good actors in La-la land but not many. IMHO.

I agree, and I would add Tom Hanks and Sean Connery to your list of greats. My favorite obscure characheter actor is Hector Elizondo - he deserves so much more credit than he gets!

Seriously Tom Hanks and Sean Connery are great to you? God they are both remarkably overrated and pretty terrible actors, if you can name more than one movie a piece that they didn't suck in I would be blown away!

Charlie Sheen is pretty horrible. Even though I loved his Hanson brothers ripoff character in "Major League".

It's going back a long ways, but Ali McGraw. Rent "Love Story" sometime. She was horrific in an already bad movie. Then, she starred in "The Getaway" with then husband Steve McQueen. He was so good he carried her.

Slyvester Stallone. In Rocky, everyone thought he was acting. He wasn't. He went on to prove he was as bad as he acted like he was. Did that make sense?
