I didn't understand all the "hoopla" over him during Idol...didn't watch the last season either. The part I caught on the awards show convinced me his debut song sucks and I tuned out after I saw him pulling on the leashed guys like they were a dog sled team. Yuck is there a vomit emoticon

Actually, I don't think so - CBS just picked him up for their morning show!

Well, I guess I had an orphaned post because of some post getting taken off..........
Just to say I agree with all of everyones points......
I didn't like anything he sang this AM either. Yes, I watched because I hoped for some redemption........
I was hoping for the 2012 song, or a mellow song......
But, its all too far out for me, and it probably won't change.

People are drawing parallels between the way the media treated the Madonna/Britney Spears kiss and the gay kiss involving Adam Lambert. It is interesting that some new stations blurred out Lambert's kiss while showing the Spears/Madonna kiss right next to it.

Plus, what is he doing that Lady Gaga isn't? Shes just as raunchy if not more so and yet nobody really see's a problem with her.

ABC/Disney bows down to homophobes which is ironic considering every June Disney sponsors Gay Days at Disney World were tens of thousands of gays visit the park during Gay Pride month.
I guess these are the same people who freaked out over Janet Jackson's boob wardrobe malfunction during her Superbowl performance!
