I'm thinking about going to college in Eugene. My primary reason for choosing the Northwest is the climate. I love rainy days and gray-ish weather. How often is it truly like this? I find too much sunshine depressing.
I would be living near the Uni of Oregon campus. Is this a generally safe area?

Take your 2yrs of Jr College in ASTORIA; MUCH cheaper, then transfer to Eugene (can be plenty miserable too). (Be sure to get a transfer Contract between schools so 100% is transferred)
