Can anyone give me any info about Allen Court Cottages? They look really nice but I dont want to live in an area that is mostly students. I am 35 and dont want keg parties next door
! Not that I didn't do it way back when, but I dont want to be surrounded by it now. Any advice on NON apartment renting in Salem would be great! Thank you!

You can use google maps to see how close they are to the college campus. I'm not familiar with that property but if it's on the north side of the river you'll have better luck with being around more "grown-up" type people (non-college kids/keggers) than if you are anywhere near the University or the downtown area.
