Saint PATTY's DAY
... IRISH BAR...
GUYS WITH GREEN HAIR AND GREEN BEER JIGGING AROUND ON THE SIDEWALK
May those that love us, love us.
For those that don’t love us,
May God turn their hearts.
And if he doesn’t turn their hearts,
May he turn their ankles,
So we’ll know them by their limping.
I like how all the armchair travelers who said "BOSTON IS #1 WHEN IT COMES TO IRISH REPRESENTATION!" are now silent.
Either not many of them actually went to Ireland or they haven't been to Boston, or both.
Did I miss some previous argument? What's with the douchey attitude?
Boston is an extremely Irish area...I just moved out of the city (ironically, I'm back in my hometown which is the most-Irish town in the country, [Scituate, MA]), but when I was taking the Green Line everyday, I would hear accents on a daily basis. Sometimes there would be packs of Irish people on the T...maybe they were just tourists, but there was a bunch.
A woman in the group next to me is from Ireland, my girlfriend worked with two Irish girls, and one of the tenants in my parent's guest house is from Ireland...so yea, I'd say there's a pretty solid representation here.
