Yes it was. But it was stupid and could've been dangerous. Kids and fireworks are a bad combination, but I'm not very ashamed of those times. Vandalism with fireworks is/was a part of the NYE tradition here. Now the restrictions are much more severe and minors aren't even allowed to buy and handle fireworks.
