We want to stay in Pamplona for 3-4 days
We want to experience the festival and not die

and plan on traveling some of spain for another 4-5 days
I do speak spanish so thats a plus (i hope)
Questions:
Where do we stay? (comfortable but not expensive)
Best place to see everything and not get hurt?
Other places in Spain to visit?
Is renting a car the smart thing to do?
Any advice would be helpful! Thank you every1
