Hollande is a mere amateur when compared to Silvio Berlusconi, now there's man who knew about corruption and extra marital affairs.

I think if this happened in most countries it would be the end of someonmes political career, but they don't seem that bothered in countries such as France and Italy.

He is a swine like his socialist comrade and former IMF boss DSK. He is thinking only of his pleasures and indulges into a hot sexual life while the country is deep in trouble. He is not worthy to be President. I loathe the guy , as most Frenchmen. It takes only Americans to find his behaviour "funny" and "exotic" I guess..

Wow bit of an age difference too. This is more common in France anyway.

This guy (Hollande) had his cronies recently voting a law prohibiting prostitution. So he wants the poor powerless guy whose only sexual life is to go with a hooker from time to time go to prison. And himself is basking in the pleasures of the flesh.
His minister for internal security also forbade a show deemed "antisemitic"(even sent cops to hinder the public to enter theaters) like in a banana republic.
On the other hand the femens who desecrate churches (**** and **** in them) dave no problem whatsoever with this rotten, crazy govenment.
Fellow Frenchmen, time to make a revolution....

So what? The man is expected to lead the country. What he does in his bedroom is of nobody's concern. If one can accuse Hollande of one thing, it would be that he didn't round up those 1% guys, before closing the borders and prior to pass legislation on taxes for these extremely rich.

I have no doubt in my mind that some of those here found Sarkozy a far better role model for their children.

And for those who like to use difficult words such ass "socialism": please, do an effort. Buy some books to place next to the phone guide in that empty book case of yours. Read something. I know it's hard to concentrate on pages and pages of text, but you'll learn eventually. Try to find out the real meaning of the word "socialism". In the meanwhile: keep quit. Unless you want to be considered an illiterate.

See, here's where I disagree. A person who shows such little integrity in his personal life will have similar issues in his public life.

I don't like Hollander either, but he is certainly not the first French politician to have an affair...

Mitterrand, Dati, Dumas, Sarkozy, ... The stories about Dati are the funniest one by far, though
