Best skyline in Europe? (country, place, England, travel)

What is the best skyline in europe? Your opinion. Give the city and country because some of those countries are pretty tricky.

Paris, France

They have been very ambitious with building a pretty impressive skyline. Next I would say London, England.

Frankfurt is the only city I can think of with a skyline by American standards.
