Anyone can cherrypick pictures, I've been to norway many times and norwegians are on average far blonder that what you are portraying them.. the only people in northern europe where brown hair (and many are actually black haired) is by far the most dominant is among the British Islanders and Irish people.
Yeah offcourse I cherrypic, I have only focused on greater Bergen region and places nearby, and have left all the other places in western-Norway and Norway out.
Offcourse the picture would have been different if I also focused on all the small villages and towns in western Norway, but I will not do that
The only people I can tell are Dutch. if someone looks like a german but are immensely tall, they are probably Dutch. Of course, I can't tell the short Dutch.

I can make an exception Once a year there is a studentparty in Bergen for all graduate students who lives in western Norway. Students from all over western Norway travel to Bergen.
Scandinavians, Dutch and Germans : Germanic/nordic looks tall height blond hair, blue eyes and fair features predominate among the people.
British (and Irish people): Darker hair (a lot of surprisingly black hair paired with blue eyes) and celtic round faces are the norm, some longer faced people which still look pretty british, look at sherlook holmes. British people dont look nordic/germanic or mediterranean as a group.. just british.
French.. like british but with more extremes.. some looking quite mediterranean like spanish, italian, etc and otherw with very germanic looks, not only the coloring but the features looking quite dutch, german, etc.
Spanish Italian,Portuguese, Greek: mediterranean looks..dark hair, eyes, tan skin, roman noses.. in the case of italy and greece with greater amount of convex nose and curly hair.. more balkan influence... in the case of spain and italy there are recognizable traits like hasburg chin, very long faces (among basques specially), shorter forehead (shared trait with celts of the british Isles), etc.
Russian, Ukraine, Belarus: Flatter backhead, huge array of hair colors (even within the same family members), squarer faces...stockier/squarer body types.. higher incidence of gray eyes, etc.
Central-east Europe: Mixture of germanics and slavs.. in the case of czech more germanic.. and in the case of poland with greater slavic influence.
Baltics: Mixture of scandinavians and slavs with surprisingly darker people here and there , at least what I noticed when visiting over there..
I bet you couldn't tell them apart, British people are NOT all dark haired and Dutch people are NOT all blond.
