Sorry, but for sure the Brits are normally pale. About 40% of British and Irish sport fake tans according to studies. The stereotype of Brits and Irish having a pale skin is a fact. It's not their fault, it has to do with the way their ancestors adapted to that northern Atlantic climate. That's all! The most common eye color of the White Britons and Irish people is blue and the majority have also a fair skin. When people are ignorant of such facts, this leads to the increase of skin cancers, because people are not aware of how fair they are. I know I got to wear my sunscreen on hot summer days. Celtic people in particular are the most vulnerable, when it comes to sun exposure.
Other people, especially from warmer climates, likewise have darker skins or some have light skins which tan easily.
Yet you don't seem to be able to tell me what this 'British look' is exactly! Because you can't perhaps? Because you don't know perhaps? Because your talking nonsense perhaps? When you can tell me EXACTLY what it is that makes David Beckham, Sean Connery, Ian McShane, Kit Harrington, Michael Cane, Benedict Cumberbatch, Margaret Thatcher, Princess Diana, Daniel Radcliffe, Timothy Spall, Garath Bale, Keira Knightly, Kate Winslett, Judi Dench, Ben Kingsly, Anthony Quale, Charlie Chaplain or Cary Grant all identical with each other and with me then perhaps you may be on to something.
They look British, by their facial features and so forth. I would say that Anthony Quayle, Margaret thatcher, Judi Dench, Benedict Cumberbatch, Gareth Bale to be "very British-looking".
No I can't see 'it' because you STILL haven't told me what 'it' is exactly!! Showing me a picture of one Scottish actor isn't going to tell me what this 'British look' is that your on about is it!? Like I said, I don't know anybody else British that looks like James McAvoy, there might be some with 'similar' noses, there might be some with beards, with sandy hair or with similar coloured eyes but British people generally don't all look like James McAvoy! in other words you can't just say that he has this 'British look' you keep talking about - again I ask, please tell me EXACTLY what this 'British look' is that we are all supposed to have (you know proper 'ethnic British') so that I can make sure all my British friends and family have it.
What nonsense are you all about? You are claiming that there are no British who look like McAvoy, while you were claiming that Jimenez the Iberian golfer "looked Scottish". McAvoy is Scottish by excellence, there are plenty of Scots, Brits, Irish who are quite similar to him.

WHAT IS THIS 'BRITISH LOOK' EXACTLY how many times do I have to ask! In what way does Margaret Thatcher look different from a French woman of the same age EXACTLY please? what 'British' facial features do I share with Anthony Quale that no Belgian does? Just answer these questions (without showing me a picture of some random Geordie) or without rambling on.

The only thing they share is a 'shaggy beard'! Is 'shaggy beard' your answer to the question about 'British look'!!!!! lol does that mean that only a handful of Britons are 'real' Britons? Or do you actually believe that 'most' people in the UK have long shaggy beards!!!?

Yes, they do! They just look "very British" in a sense and there is nothing wrong with that!

Oh well if all you see is the beard, I can't help you. There's more to it, you just don't have the ability to tell. We all have different talents, you know.

Overall the Irish tend to have longer and larger head forms than Iberians and other Southern Europeans. The Irish tend to have a longer facial form with a slightly higher-bridged nose, but slightly less narrow than that of Iberians. By these measurements alone, we see that the Irish are much more similar to other people of Northern Europe (Scandinavia, Baltic countries, etc...). In terms of pigmentation, obviously the Irish show an excess of fair pigmentation, particularly that of pheomelanin. A high frequency of red and golden hair and blue or light eyes. Irish women tend to have a higher frequency of blonde/red/light hair than their males counterparts, while Irish males tend to have a higher frequency of blue/green/gray eyes than their female counterparts. While in the Iberian group there isn't a significant difference in hair color between males and females, but Spanish males also show a higher frequency of blue or light eyes than their female counterparts. In terms of skin tones, The Irish are a predominantly Celtic population and thus quite light-complected.
