Any particular reason why I should like the Hungarians? They are rude, obnoxius and racist. Sure, some are indeed nice, but the Polish are closer to my culture, so I prefer them.

I'd go with Warsaw too - the Poles are generally very nice people and I think Warsaw's history is very interesting.
I'd choose Chisinau because I've never even really thought about Moldova before and now it seems like an interesting place to visit.
