I don't buy this since finnish people has long history of skating, skiing, other winter sports, ice and snow swimming etc. Also I heard finnish schools has no limits when to go to school.
If some modern city ppl don't like snow or cold weathers it does not mean everyone would hide.. Some people are waiting it
