The vastest majority of Europeans are white and the biggest part of Muslims are either 'olive skinned' (the whole Middle East and North Africa).
It would be like depicting a Mongol Nazi to describe Nazism because there are many neo-Nazi mongols or it would be like showing a white person to describe worldwide racism, even though the majority of racism is perpetrated against other ethnicities.
