These people have no idea about immigration here so they are either very ignorant or simply trolling us

And try passing across The Mediterranean and set up a shop in Italy

What a joke!!

U.S. has strict immigration rules ? That's very incorrect. U.S. has tens of millions undocumented immigrants and tens of millions more of poor immigrants which I am proud of as an American. That is why I thought it was outrageous America received such criticism because European countries all of sudden had a change of heart over taking migrants. I would guarantee you your social systems would collapse if you had our immigration policy. You only need to look at your demographics to see who has strict immigration policies.

You still don't get it.

Again, relative # of immigrants has little to do with relative toughness of immigration rules. It proves nothing.

The number of immigrants have little to do with relative toughness of immigration rules ? That makes absolutely no sense. The number of immigrants is absolute proof of relaxed immigration rules especially when you see the type of immigrants allowed into the country. Many western countries will only take professionals. U.S.has cities filled with uneducated immigrants.

Our system is a joke.

And there are no strict rules about it either.
The discussion is comparing policies re: Muslim immigration only. And current policies, as I understand it, not past policies, which allowed more student visas (which resulted in people staying after the visa expired), and more single men to immigrate.

Where are you from??

If abroad you can move here very easily.

Just come here and stay as long as you want.

Slowly you can get benefits, food stamps and if you marry a citizen you're almost done.

But i recommend sanctuary states like CA or NE states

This entire post is wrong.

1. Mexico has loose immigration rules, and the US has tough immigration rules. Guess what? The US has far more immigrants than Mexico. Apparently your theory is completely wrong.

2. There is no Western country that will "only take professionals". You made that up.

3. The gap between immigrants education levels and that of native born residents is narrower in the U.S. than in most developed countries, so wrong again.

Really, aside from the recent wave of migrants, Europe and Canada accepted immigrants which had little more than elementary education ? Absolutely not.

41% of immigrants to the U.S. have at least a bachelor's degree from their home country. Only 23% haven't completed the equivalent of a K-12 education.

Immigrant Higher Education Facts

And the immigrants to the U.S. who have the least education are old immigrants. So grandma comes over from wherever, because her kids/grandkids are here. She's probably not working anyways.

Yeah, there are plenty of uneducated immigrants, but it isn't accurate to say they are generally uneducated. Immigrants tend to be educated and highly upwardly mobile. And young immigrants tend to have the same education levels as native-born Americans.

The sanctuary movement is for Latin Americans. The topic here is Muslims. They can't move here easily.
