Don t forget that the UK contrary to France added drug and prostitution into GDP for the last 15 years which means 47 billion euros more into GDP.
France is the only European country which never took into account drug and prostitution.
France in 2015 = 2182 billion euros
UK in 2015 = 2129 billion euros + 43 billion euros of drug and prostitution = 2172
