Why? Because it's stupid, and Germans are generally smart, and better educated than Americans.
I would rather see US adapt German, German is far more sophisticated language, and American version of English sucks anyway.

Do you think that in order to get the true call center experience, one have to remain delighted exclusively in Indian or Pakistani accents?
I am sure that proper German accent can bring as much excitement when discussing the malfunctioning phone or the disappeared order.

On a second though - no it won't.

Never mind, Babel Tower it is.

Leave it up to Russians to take a great idea and to turn it all backward.

A process, perfectly described at 4:22 here.

I couldn't sit through the whole thing. Who IS that guy? Good Russian accent. but that's all I can say about it. The bit about Disneyland was actually kind of sad; Khrushchev asked to see Disneyland not long after it was completed. bit the State Dept. wouldn't allow it.

Anyway, that's complete nonsense. Really pretty much the opposite of the Russian character, if you ask me. But.....nobody asked me.

Oh, and speaking of Russians, did you hear the news on NPR today? Russia is for Trump, because everything bad that's happened to Russia in the last 4-8 years is the fault of Obama/Clinton. Oil prices falling, and taking down the Russian economy with them, is all Obama's fault.

He is Cuban I would think, most likely living in Florida, lol))

He reflects on certain segment of Russian population - the kind you wouldn't have much in common with and probably wouldn't want to deal with all together, Ruth)))

Ha-ha, I know that Russians are rooting for Trump without any NPR; my own family keeps on asking about him and presidential elections in the US)))
I saw Trump long time ago in the "Apprentice" show and I can't take him seriously since them, neither as politician nor as a person. So I just laugh when they ask me about him.
But yeah, the hope is, that he promised to "normalize relations with Russia."
Russians do understand that the reason behind their current slow-down with economy is the events in Crimea, and they don't believe that imposed sanctions were a fair thing. So they hope that one macho man ( Trump) will come to agreement with another macho man ( Putin) and things will be patched up. They dislike Clintons for obvious and justified reasons, and obviously they don't trust either one of them.

I think "Putin et al" are trying to tone down what/who Sanders is, and I don't think they'd want to see him as the head of the US government.
Overall I have a feeling that Russians do not understand very well who he is. Those who do, see him in a very positive light.

It's hard to imagine anyone preferring crooked Clinton without being brainwashed by the left wing media on a daily basis. It only takes some common sense to be a Trump supporter.

Probably.
As long as you don't watch him on "Apprentice" show)))

Germans are smarter? What did you try to imply? The only substantial demographic difference between US and Germany is the large African American and Hispanic population in the U.S.

America is known for its prestigious schools.

German language is far more sophisticated because of the longer words and difficult pronunciation? Making things more complicated than necessary seems to be overengineering.
