Presidential Elections in France

May I ask these questions:

Who do you would like to win?
Who do you fear to win?
Who do you expect to win?

I’m personally not the biggest fan of Macron considering he’s not particularly popular in France if one is to believe the yellow jackets have a lot of support in France. But Le Pen winning is also a bit concerning, and could weaken the western alliance similar to what Trump did, though Le Pen seems to be a lot smarter than Trump. It would definitely be a big win for Putin/Russia since she seems to want to have good relations with Russia, but not sure if her opinion has changed since the Ukraine war, perhaps she would be even more bullish, like a French Iron Lady?

Seems like many French people find themselves in a similar predicament to Americans with either voting Biden or Trump. But I’m not French and only have a surface level understanding of their politics.

Macron has some self-respect issues. A latent masochist perhaps. To be humiliated by Putin again and again just to come for more. I don't get that.

I cannot see it that way. I think that Macron behaved quite courageously.

I despise Macron.
Almost anyone, but him.

Macron wanted to be seen as the leader of Europe, but all those meetings with Putin were useless. But I want him to win because I am afraid his opposition is Pro-Russia.
