6 ft 220 is far from fat IMO. A little chubby maybe. Guys lose weight pretty easily, well a lot of them do. Lose 20 lbs if you think you need to.

Hey, at least you're tall!

The only people that get laid less than fat celebrities are fat non-celebrities. You are at the bottom of the food chain.

I am about as strict about this issue as men are when it comes to women. They cut us no slack.
These TV shows that depict fat men with skinny women are pure male fantasy.
In real life it is usually the other way around.

I have a friend who is 5ft7 over 300 lbs, and gets more than you and me and ten of our best friends.
He has total confidence, is funny, is fearless, and deep blue eyes that, I swear, freeze women like deer in headlights.

It how's you game, not how's your frame.

There's always somebody out there, even if you were a troll and weighed a ton. Is it really about what others think about you?

I think if you care enough about yourself to be as healthy and fit as you can be, given your physical limitations, then you will have no trouble finding a mate. If you require others esteem to have it, then no relationship will make you whole.

I gotta agree with this. If this makes you feel better, I dated a guy who was 5'11 and 220.. He lost a bit of weight after he came back from thailand. Now I think he's 200 or under.

I dont know about that. It depends on how the guy is put together. I am 6' 1" and when I was 199 pounds (heaviest Ive ever been in my life) I was RIPPED!!! Mainly because I was on a major bulking plan, eating a LOT, and doing HIT training. Before that, I was 180 pounds and (IMO) flabby/fat.

I view a person as being fat based on their body fat percentage and not just being big. I had a MUCH higher body fat % at 180 than I did at 199. So, a guy who is 6 feet and 220 pounds could very well be FAT if he's not athletic.

I will be honest... It sounds like you may be only like 10-20 lbs over weight and i find men attractive with a little extra fat and also a normal size... I am not attractive to tree slim men or really obese men..

If you are a little under weight, average, or a little over weight then you are good to most average women..... At your height you would probably be perfect at 200 but you are just fine at 222.... Many women would find your body attractive so don't worry!! )

I guarantee you he is not getting as much as you think he is getting. They may hang on him because he is in their friend zone and that gives the impression he is getting some, however he is not. No way the majority of females are going to go for a short fat guy... no way.
