That sounds awesome!!! I'd love to do stuff like this on a regular basis, but it gets pricey.

Today I did my first Fran (21-15-9 of thrusters and pull ups). The goal set for us was to do it in less than 4 minutes. I squeaked in at 3:55. (Obviously not rx'ed, but who cares?!! ) Woo hoo!!!

Tonight's exercise calls for some serious a$$ kicking.

Im having a bunch of my martial arts friends stop by for a night of friendly sparring and fighting. I am a wing chun/chinese kenpo/taiji fighter and have some guys who do BJJ, Silat, Jeet kun do, shotokan, Bagua, hung gar and muay thai coming by so I can serve them some "tea". Nothing like a cool gathering of warriors/fighters doing warrior/fighting stuff.

I got a late start today, but I am now heading out to do my daily 5k run.

I am at an impasse though because this HAS to be the last day I run in my Nikes because they need to be retired. I want some Vibram KSO Treks, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE using my Nike+ with my iPod. Decisions, decisions, decisions. Do I get new pair of Nikes or some KSOs? Hmmmmmmmm.

Yesterdays "Gathering Dragons" was awesome. Great workout. Great exchange of martial arts ideas and viewpoints.

Today's workout was a piece of cake compared to yesterday's. Yesterday was do as many rounds as possible of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats in 20 minutes. I did 17 (using bands for pull ups and push ups). This is a 50% improvement over the last time we did that WOD 4 months ago. Yea! And ouch!

Have I ever mentioned how much I love crossfit?

Now I know what my workout for tomorrow will be. Aint no way I'll be able to do 17 rounds though.

Great job on the improvement.

I did Diddly Squat so far today. Was goofing around trying to get my iPod to work and I missed my window of opportunity to get my morning run in. Its like I just dont want to run without my Nike plus iPod.
