I noticed in another thread that some people say that hammer curls produce bigger biceps. I'm going to stop doing them and stick to regular bicep curls, see how that effects me.

I damn sure can't reduce the amount I eat, that's not going to happen.
Good for you!

I never do curls myself.

No disrespect but your biceps are not big for a woman at all. I would say you have minimal biceps. You can't judge anything by your shirt sleeves being too tight because the current trend in women's clothing is those cap sleeves that are cut way too short and no one's arm fits well in those unless you are anorexic. Change your style of clothing before changing your body in this case.

I'd personally leave any man that told me he didn't want my muscles getting too big. Makes me think he is a putz and worried as you become more and more sexy it will be harder to hold onto you. The girls at the gym with bodies like you turn the heads of the males in the gym non-stop its kinda fun to watch them drool. Don't ease up on your exercising because as you get older Mother Nature can get ugly. Better a slightly big bicep than batwing triceps!

Minimal biceps? Ok, lets see yours. I'd love to see the body you have and feel comfy with. Perhaps you can provide interesting tips for me, as I am always willing to learn.
