I was at my local Whole Foods and I picked up 2 packets of SeaSnax, which is basically sheets of roasted seaweed. The nutritional info in the back says 21 calories (for the tasty onion version) for half of the package. 21!!!!! That's only 42 together and the package is decently sized and makes a fantastic snack.
Is this too good to be true? I used to eat seaweed by itself when I was a kid (I'm half Korean and my mother would use it to wrap rice in), but never thought of it as a healthy snack.

Seaweed is also full of antioxidants as well as being low calorie. I LOVE it!
There is a lot of salt added. You can just taste it.
I should add that I LOVE the taste of seaweed. Havent had any in a while (other than when its in rolls at sushi restaurant), but I do remember it having a salty taste.

I'm not too knowledgeable about sodium, but know that too much of it makes you bloated and is just generally not so great for you. Thus, I try to mainly avoid it. Is 4% a lot?
