Arnold is the governor of Cal. I doub he has the time or the inclination to spend 10 hours per week exercising. He is too busy RUNNING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

Once again, get a grip on reality please.

Also for a 64 year old Arnold is in great shape.

And because of this picture. Arnold is forever a legend.

Big Gay Sean Allen loves to do steroids. And he is a fine upstanding member of his community.

You may have a good point there. Come to think of it all the enormous bulky guys in the gym are always alone. Its the normal sized guys that work out that seem to arrive or leave the gym with a woman on their arm or pick up their kids in the playroom as they leave. The hulks may actually repel women.

Most of those huge guys aren't doing it to get women, they've got other reasons. Usually it's just a personal obsession they have.

But, there are a lot of women who are into huge dudes like that, it seems like lots of Latina women are really into that.

I wouldn't want to be huge either. I just like to be in shape and muscular, but keep my overall size and bodyweight on the low end.

Then why take the needless risk of using steroids?

Actually I have never used them. But almost all my friends do, lots of my family member have used them. People really underestimate how widely they are used...... especially in the USA, soooo many dudes are on steroids. Just because they aren't a hulking 260 pounds of muscle, it doesn't mean they are natural.

And I probably will get started soon since i'm getting older.

The only reason i'm not getting started now is cause i'm living overseas in a country with very strict drugs laws, it's virtually impossible to get most drugs here, and I don't want to take the legal risks. They'll torture you for having some steroids around here.

When I get back to the USA i'm gonna get a duffle bag full of steroids, weed and mushrooms and live the dream.

Roids have a bad rap, and the health risks are there, that's simply how it is.
That said, there are way worse drugs with way better reputation...

many people seem to class roids with heroin and meth, I'd put it along with alcohol and maruana...

Mushrooms have to tbe the worse thing for a bodybuilder. They mess with depth perception and you end up feeling like a giant. I used to love mushrooms but they would totally make me like "ahaha little man, come over here and I will thump you upon the head!" And that was long after I had quit the gym. I can't imagine the effect they'd have on someone who was on roids and lifting heavy.
