I have been running for the past 3 weeks 15~30 min every day or 2 without stop.I recently bought a Iron gym workout bar.I have a bench press and dumbells
Im 5 "5 and 115 pounds.

can anyone help me gain weight while building abs.does running even work?what drink should i drink after a jog.would the workout bar help build abs?thanks

You already have abs, they're just hidden under any belly fat you have.

Running (or any form of cardio to burn overall bodyfat) along with proper diet will help your abs be visible.

You can do ab exercises all day everyday but you won't see them unless you get a really low bodyfat % going.
